Avocado Chutney

                              Avocado has a lots of nutritious values also it has a good fiber content. Using Avocado you can make different recipes easily. Avocado is healthy fruit so it is good for kids. But if you gives as a raw fruit they don't eat .So try this way to feed them. 

Avocado Chutney Recipes
             
               
            


                  Avocado is goes with idly, dosa very well also you can use as a dip for snacks.



Ingredients needed


Avocado  - 1
Red Onion - 1 (medium size)
Green chilies - 4 or 5 nos
Curry leaves - 1 spring
Cilantro/Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
Water  - As required
Oil  - 2 tsp
Salt  - As required
Lemon Juice  - 2 tsp

to garnish:

Mustard seeds - 1 tsp 
Urad dal - 1tsp
Curry leaves - 1 spring


Preparation


Cut an avocado into the lengthwise and then remove the seed or pit. Then using spoon scoop the flush and cut into the small pieces.


Take a small fry pan and heat 2 tsp oil in it. Then, add green chilies,avocado pieces, onion and curry leaves.Fry them on low heat until onions gets shallow brown. Then turn off the heat.


Now take a grinder, add fried mixture and remaining ingredients. Grind everything to form a smooth paste.

Heat the oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds. After muster seeds popped up, add the urad dal and curry leaves. Remove from the fire and pour onto the chutney.
