Fish 65

               
                               
                 Fish 65 is a popular dish served in some restaurants. It can be had as a starter or as a side dish or as a tea time snack. I prepared this as a side dish for vegetable pulao or biryani and we loved it very much. It is perfect for parties as it is very simple to prepare and tastes great. You can prepare your favorite fish 65 at your home following this easy fish 65 recipe.

      

How to make Fish 65

Preparation time: 5 min
Cooking time: 5 min

   

Ingredients needed

Fish - 1 lb
Rice flour - 1 tsp
Corn flour - 2 or 3 tsp
All purposes flour / maida - 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Lemon  - 1/2 slice
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Oil for deep frying


Preparation


Wash the fish and cut into the small pieces.

In a bowl, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste,rice flour, all purposes flour, salt, corn flour and fish together. And then mix well. At last squeeze the lemon juice in the fish.Leave it to marinate for 20 minutes.

Heat oil and deep fry the fish till golden brown and crisp.


Note-

  • If you want curd you can use curd also but lemon is best choice for fish.
  • Rice flour will give crispiness so don't  forgot to add rice flour.
  • When you buy the fish you should check the freshness of the fish, if you touch the fish will be little soft.
  • You should leave marinate at least 10 to 15 mins otherwise ingredients are not mixed well.
