Pineapple Juice

             pineapple is loaded with full of vitamins,minerals and fiber.It  is good for the digestive system.It has a good source of vitamin C and has a soothing effect on the throat.It has very less fat and sodium with  no cholesterol. This fruit is good for weight lost.Home made fresh pineapple juice is healthy,delicious and nutritious.             


How to make Pineapple Juice


Ingredients needed


Pineapple pieces - 2 cups
Sugar - 1 tsp
Honey - 1 tsp
Water - 1 1/2 cup

Preparation


Scrap off  the skin of the pineapple well and remove the hard core at its center.Cut it into small pieces.

In a juicer,add the  pineapple slices, sugar, honey and water together and blend well.

Filter the juice using  filter and if you want add the ice and served.


Note-

  • Pineapple  juice should not be taken on an empty stomach.
  • if you want add more sugar instead of honey.
