Peanut Chaat
Ingredients needed
- Boiled Peanuts - 1 cup
- Onion (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup
- Tomato (diced) - 1/2 cup
- Puffed Rice(pori)/Flattened Rice (Poha) - 1/2 cup
- Raw Mango( grated) - 1/4 cup
- Chaat masala - 1/4 tsp
- Nylon sev/bhel poori sev - 3/4 cup
- Salt - to taste
Method
- First soak the peanuts for half an hour and then pressure cook for 2 whistles.Don't forget to add salt.
- Drain the water then allow to cool completely.
- At the same time heat a pan and roast the poha/pori with oil or without oil until it will turn to brown and crispy.
- In a big bowl, Just before serving mix everything otherwise it will soggy.
Note-
- If you want,add some grated carrot,chopped bell pepper aslo.
- Roasted peanuts also can be added instead of boiled peanuts.
- It can be served with salted biscuits , it gives different taste.
