Peanut Chaat




                                    Peanut Chaat




Ingredients needed


  • Boiled Peanuts - 1 cup
  • Onion (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup
  • Tomato (diced) - 1/2 cup
  • Puffed Rice(pori)/Flattened Rice (Poha) - 1/2 cup
  • Raw Mango( grated) - 1/4 cup
  • Chaat masala - 1/4 tsp
  • Nylon sev/bhel poori sev - 3/4 cup
  • Salt - to taste


Method


  1. First soak the peanuts for half an hour and then pressure cook for 2 whistles.Don't forget to add salt.
  2. Drain the water then allow to cool completely.
  3. At the same time heat a pan and roast the poha/pori with oil or without oil until it will turn to brown and crispy.
  4. In a big bowl, Just before serving mix everything otherwise it will soggy.

Note-

  • If you want,add some grated carrot,chopped bell pepper aslo.
  • Roasted peanuts also can be added instead of boiled peanuts.
  • It can be served with salted biscuits , it gives different taste.
